CISS, Inc. staff work to foster a good working partnership with Regional Center of the East Bay. We recognize how important our cooperative relationship is to the support and well being of our clients and their families.

We seek referrals that are good for the client and their family. We recognize that not all people will be the right fit, but we will try our best to meet the unique needs of all the people we serve.

CISS intends to build a caring atmosphere where we really get to know each of our clients. We believe in fostering self esteem as the cornerstone of the work we do. CISS has very little client turn-over as a result of this collective intention.
