EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR REGIONAL CENTER CLIENTS

CISS intends to serve people with special needs while contributing back to our local communities. We seek to help our state budget problems by raising funds that go directly to the well-being of our clients. GUIDE exists to allow a person to work and grow at their own pace while not placing a limit or ceiling on how much they can earn. Guide will grow and meet the needs of our community and the people we serve due to the commitment of our team.

The Guide Program also has several recreational and fun things to do as well. Giants games, bowling, movies, dances and shopping excursions!

The GUIDE Program currently has 12 openings in the following areas:

Landscaping
Janitorial, clean-ups, hauling, etc.
Meals-On-Wheels (serving hot meals to home-bound seniors)
General Office Clerical Work
Marketing Guide to Homes and Businesses in the Brentwood Area

RCEB clients are assessed and placed into work enclaves, or upon successful trial period, the client may choose where they wish to work on a given week or month. The openings average 2 to 4 hours per day at current market rate of $8.00 per hour.
